Norman V. Siebrasse

Norman V. Siebrasse, Professor UNB Law
Norman V. Siebrasse - B.Sc (Eng) (Queen's) 1982, LLB (Queen's) 1991, LLM (Chicago) 1993. Professor Siebrasse clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada for the Honourable Madam Justice McLachlin during the 1991-1992 term and joined the Faculty in 1993. He was named University Research Professor in 2000. His research interests include intellectual property, real property, and law and evolutionary psychology. Professor Siebrasse has consulted extensively for the New Brunswick government on the reform of real property law, and has co-authored, with Catherine Walsh, a proposed Land Security Act which adapts the Personal Property Security Act to the real property context.
